September 2020 Okina Kai Online Class, Part 3

The Okina Group is intended for those interested in adapting their martial arts as they mature in order to continue to be active and avoid injuries throughout their lifetime. It is designed to give a better understanding of one’s body and physical abilities. The group will build concepts that help practitioners evolve and temper their abilities in a way that allows them to perpetually advance and strengthen as they age.
